Can You Help Me Find Tenants
for My Rental Property?
Absolutely! Because we became a full-service real estate brokerage firm in September 2013, we list rental properties for homeowners in the Regional Multiple Listing Service (Bright MLS). We also list homes for sale, if that’s what the homeowner wants to do.
We would like to offer you our FREE E-Book. It is Investment Real Estate: Your Best Hedge Against Inflation . It will provide you with a wealth of general information about residential real estate beginning with how to build wealth with real estate.
It also explains the rental listing process and information about property management to protect your investment. Finally, you will learn about the services that we provide to our homeowners. |
You can easily set up a Zoom Meeting to get more information about our services. We can discuss your specific circumstances.
Provide us with a couple of times that you would like to meet for your 30-minute session. We think this is a better way to start than using just email, text messages and phone calls. Give it a try! We want to become your preferred real estate agents and property managers and look forward to speaking with you. |
We charge a commission of 75% of the first-month’s rent for placing a qualified tenant. We provide a 25% co-op agent commission to any “cooperating agent” from another company find the tenants for you. The commission is paid when we receive the first month’s rent from the tenants. For homes that we already manage, we waive the “vacancy management fee” that is found in our Property Management Agreement while the home is listed.
We like to market homes for rent that are in “move-in ready” condition. That makes it possible for tenants to move in as quickly as they are able. We work differently from most real estate companies. That’s because we offer our Home Owner Concierge Service program to home sellers and landlords. Through the program, we will handle everything that is needed to prepare the home. One thing that we do during the initial phases of discussing a potential sale or rental is to meet with you at the home. This allows us to fully assess so that we can make our recommendations.
You can also find good information about various types of home improvement projects that you can do yourself or with our help. This information is part of our Client Appreciation Program Blog library.
