Do You Know of Other Homes that are Available For Rent?

Of course.  We provide information about rental properties that are available through the Regional Multiple Listing Service (Bright MLS).  Almost all of those homes are also sent by the MLS to many real estate Internet sites where consumers can search.

We provide the information on our site separated by County and then by Zip Code.  This makes it easy for people who have a specific area in mind.  On these pages, you can search for rental properties that are currently for rent.  We can help you schedule a showing of any of those properties, if you want someone to represent you.  To do that, though, we would need for you to review and sign the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement.  Without that agreement, our agents work in the best interests of the property owner.

There are also homes that are listed for rent directly by the owners … they may not be listed in Bright MLS.  We can arrange to show those homes to you, but not without the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement.  This is because in many cases, the owners will not pay a commission to real estate agents.  You as the potential tenant would be responsible for paying the commission in this case.
