How Do I Pay My Rent Every Month?
We maintain all of our accounting records through TenantCloud. That is where we enter your rent payments and generate your rental account statement. It will also show any late fees or other charges that are due . You will have the opportunity to link directly to TenantCloud to view your account information.
Rent payments can be sent to us in a number of ways. We have tenants that drop off rent payments at our office in Waldorf. Some deliver cashier’s checks, while others use personal checks. In the event a check is returned for nonsufficient funds, there is a $35 fee applied to your account.
Some tenants also make payments using money orders and they are responsible for the fees charged. We can also provide you with our banking information so that you can make deposits directly at Community Bank of the Chesapeake.
Finally, we can accept rent payments through PayPal or Venmo. There are very specific instructions for this so that you avoid being charges additional fees. We will be happy to provide that information to you upon request.
