Can You Show Me Homes that I
Found on Zillow and other Sites?
Yes, we can show homes to you that are you found on Zillow and other real estate web sites. We will not show properties that are marketed on Craigslist, though, due to the high probability of potential fraud. It is possible that a home found on Zillow, Hot Pads or several other sites may be offered for sale or rent directly by the owners. They do this to avoid using a real estate agent and paying a commission.
In order for us to to get started with the process and show homes, you will need to review and sign the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement. The agreement states that you will not enlist the services of other real estate agents. It will allow us to represent your best interests while we are showing homes. The agreement also outlines the compensation that our agent will receive for providing you with real estate services. The commission amount you will ultimately pay us may be reduced or eliminated by any compensation paid by the homeowner. We would contact the owner of the property listed on Zillow to determine if they are offering buyer-agent compensation. We will gladly answer any questions you have about it. Without this Agreement, though, we cannot show homes to you.
