Where Is Your Office Located?
DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services has one office. It is located in Waldorf, Maryland. The office address is 3200 Crain Highway, Suite 305, Waldorf, MD 20603. This is our primary office that is registered with the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC).
There is a law in place now that says Real Estate Brokerage Companies must have a “brick and mortar” office. We believe that the day is coming where that law will change. It may happen sooner due to COVID-19. We support such a change.
The licensed real estate agents and property managers at DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services meet with clients and potential clients “by appointment” only. We can meet with clients and customers in our Waldorf office. Most of our meetings, though, actually occur at our clients’ properties. We are very mobile and spend much of our time out of the office and in the car. The use of WiFi Hot Spots almost anywhere you can think of makes it possible for us to “set up shop” almost anywhere. Our business hours are:
9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday,
9 am to 3 pm on Friday,
10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.
The office is used for client meetings and as a location where people can drop off documents and rent payments in our secure mailbox. There normally isn’t anyone “sitting” in the office.
Just because our main office is located in Waldorf, don’t think that we cannot handle properties where your home is located. We work EVERYWERE in Maryland! The technology that is available today makes it possible for us to meet with homeowners, landlords, tenants and buyers through Facebook Messenger, I-Phone FaceTime and even through ZOOM video conferencing. Make sure that you check out the DMS Properties, LLC Face Book Page.
The way we do business allows us to cover a much larger territory very easily and we are glad to come to you to discuss your real estate and property management needs. We meet with our homeowners and tenants at a variety of locations, including our office. We have met over coffee, hamburgers and chicken at mutually-convenient locations. We like to meet our homeowners at least once at their property. That allows us to assess it and familiarize ourselves with it and their needs. We even work with clients whom we have never met in person. That’s because they live out of state (or even out of the country).
