Do You List Homes for Rent in the MLS?
Yes. Every rental property we manage is listed in the Regional Multiple Listing Service (Bright MLS). DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services is a full-service real estate brokerage. Our Principal Broker is Dale M. Servetnick, and all team members are licensed real estate agents. We offer a full range of residential real estate services.
In addition to listing in Bright MLS, we aggressively market rental homes through online syndication. Our listings are distributed to approximately 30 real estate websites via Bright MLS. Marketing on additional paid platforms such as Zillow or Military-by-Owner is available at the homeowner’s discretion, and any associated fees must be covered by the homeowner. We do not advertise on Craigslist due to the high volume of fraudulent activity on that site.
For marketing rental properties, we charge a commission equal to 75% of the first month’s rent. The homeowner may choose whether to offer compensation to a tenant’s agent through an Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement.
