Are You Hiring Property Managers?

We are not specifically hiring property managers.  We hire real estate agents who are interested in helping people buy, sell or rent properties in Maryland.  If one of our agents has a rental listing that they convert to a property management client, we will take over that process.  We gladly pay the agent a referral fee if we add the property to our inventory.  This also applies to real estate agents with other companies.  While we would manage the property, the agent would still have the ability to list the home for sale or rent at the end of our managment services.
