Do You List Homes for Rent in the MLS?
Every rental property that we have is listed for rent through the Regional Multiple Listing Service (Bright MLS). That is because DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services is a full-service real estate brokerage company. Our Principal Broker is Dale M. Servetnick. Everyone else here is a0 licensed real estate agent. We provide a wide range of residential real estate services.
We do aggressive marketing of homes for rent on our own, too. Our rental listings are distributed to about 30 Internet real estate web sites through Syndication from Bright MLS. For marketing rental properties, we charge a commission of 75% of the first-month’s rent. If a Real Estate Agent from a “cooperating firm” brings the qualified tenant, then we provide the cooperating agent with a 25% commission.
