Do You Offer Classes so People
can Get a Real Estate License?
We do not offer pre-licensing classes for people who want to get a real estate license in Maryland. There are several very good sources for pre-licensing classes. We will gladly recommend a couple for you when you contact us about your career plans.
Once you complete the pre-licensing class, you will take the license exam. You will need to affiliate with DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services, or another company before your license is issued by the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC).
If you do affiliate with us, our Principal Broker, Dale M. Servetnick, will then start working with you to begin the process and help you establish a business plan and marketing strategy. We want you to have a successful real estate career. It doesn’t matter if you will be a full-time agent or a Dual-Career agent.
