We are currently work with homeowners, home sellers and home buyers with properties in many Maryland counties. Right now they are:

Our company began managing residential properties in September, 2008. AWe limited our services mostly to counties in Southern Maryland. On September 23, 2013, Dale M. Servetnick left his previous company and became our Principal Broker. That’s when the company became DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services. This allowed us to expand into residential sales and leasing. We added this to our property management services. We also began working in many more counties in Maryland.

Provide us with a couple of times that you would like to meet for your 30-minute session. We think this is a better way to start than using just email, text messages and phone calls. Give it a try! The properties we handle range from single family detached homes to townhomes to condominiums. We also work with owners who want to buy land or sell land. It doesn’t matter what type of property you have, as long as it is residential. We are also interested hiring real estate agents and property managers to expand throughout Maryland and work in all of the counties.
We are working on expanding to the remaining Maryland counties, including those on the Eastern Shore. That expansion will likely include vacation rentals. We communicate with other Maryland real estate agents about our property management services. We offer a referral fee to agents that send their rental clients to us. We want them to help us in our expansion. Also, through Our Nationwide Referral Network, we can refer you to great agents located anywhere in North America.
