When Can I Visit Homes
that are Listed for Rent?
We can begin showing available homes to you as soon as you are ready after you have identified the homes you want to visit. We would need to research the property and determine the showing instructions before your visit. The best way for you to tell us the properties you want to see is complete the Request More Information form. You will be able to give us the property addresses and your availability.
In order to get started with the process, you will need to review and sign the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement. This will allow us to represent your best interests in your search as we visit homes. We will gladly answer any questions you have about it. Without this signed Agreement, though, we cannot assist you.
The agreement states that you will not enlist the services of other real estate agents. It also outlines the compensation we will receive for providing you with real estate services. Any compensation that is offered by the homeowner will reduce or eliminate the compensation that you would pay our agent.
