All of our licensed real estate agents are members of three real estate organizations. The first is the National Association of Realtors. It provides information and lobbying on the national level. The second is the Maryland Realtors. This is the State association. It helps us with the real estate laws in Maryland. The third is the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. It is the local association. We are members of it because of where our office is located. Each of these provide valuable information about national and local real estate trends.
We are also members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). It is a nationwide networking group focused on residential property management.
Dale M. Servetnick is our Principal Broker. He is a member of Buffini & Company. It is business coaching company. This relationship helps us to “work by referral.” This relationship is part of the reason we have grown so rapidly.
