Do You Manage Condominium and
Homeowner Associations Associations?

No, we don’t.  homeowner associations (HOAs) and condominium associations are often large, very complex organizations.  They can have hundreds of homes and require special handling.  There are many common elements that need to be managed.  Those can include swimming pools, landscaping, recreation facilities, parking lots and more.  To do that correctly requires a large staff that is well-versed in HOA and condominium law.

HOA Management

Our Principal Broker, Dale M. Servetnick, served on the Board of Directors condominium association for many years.  During four of those years, he actually served as Board President.  That gives us a good working knowledge of HOAs and condominiums and helps us with managing individual homes.

There are some companies that will manage both HOAs and condominiums and also manage individual rental homes.  Our research has shown that the landlords and tenants usually don’t get good service from these companies.  That’s because the more challenging “other” business requires so much attention.

We prefer to stick with what we do best.  We take care of individual homeowners and real estate investors.  They are people who buy and own homes to build wealth.  The homes are single-family attached, detached, condominium units and multi-family dwellings.  You may want to learn more about our property management services.  If you are searching for a manager for your condominium or HOA, we can recommend two very good management companies.  They often refer individual homeowners to us, too.
