Will You Provide Training to
Real Estate Agents that You Hire?

Yes, we do.  There are two types of training real estate agents typically receive.  The first is mandatory Continuing Education (CE), which is required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC) during each two-year licensing period.  The second, and often more valuable, is the practical training agents and property managers need to build and run a successful real estate business.

At DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services, our goal is to help our agents develop and own successful businesses.  All agents who affiliate with us are personally trained by Dale M. Servetnick, our Principal Broker. Dale is a Realtor, Property Manager, and real estate investor with over 24 years of experience in residential real estate services and property management.  He also owns multiple investment properties.

We are particularly interested in affiliating with new real estate agents so we can train them from the ground up.  In our experience, many “experienced” agents develop habits that conflict with our proven business model.  These are habits that can limit profitability.  Our model is designed to generate strong income for both our agents and the company.  Our agents and property managers are trained to:

  • Generate business consistently;
  • Manage their income and expenses effectively;
  • Confidently discuss real estate purchases, sales, and leases with clients and customers.

While none of our training counts as Required CE, we believe some of the most valuable education in real estate isn’t mandated—it’s practical, strategic, and experience-based.

Most importantly, we teach our agents how to understand and apply the concept of building wealth by owning real estate.  Very few real estate agents build long-term wealth solely through commission income.  Most do it by investing in real estate as part of a broader investment strategy.
