Will You Provide Training to
Real Estate Agents that You Hire?

Yes, we will.  There are actually two different kinds of training for real estate agents.  First, there is mandatory Continuing Education (CE).  These are classes that the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires during an agent’s two-year licensing period.  Second, there is the training that licensed real estate agents and property managers need to be successful in their business.

At DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services, we want our agents to develop and own successful businesses.  Anyone who affiliates with us will be trained by Dale M. Servetnick, our Principal Broker.  He is a Realtor, Property Manager and real estate investor.  Dale has more than 20 years experience in residential real estate services and property management.  He also owns four investment properties.

DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services is very interested in having new Real Estate Agents affiliate with us to start their careers.  This is so that we can train them ourselves.  Many “experienced” agents establish habits that may be contrary to our business model.  Those habits can hurt their ability to be profitable.  Our business model is proven to generate a good income for our agents and the company.

Our Real Estate Agents and Property Managers can expect to learn how to generate business for themselves.  They will also learn how to manage their business (income and expenses).  Finally, they will learn how to competently discuss real estate purchases, sales and leases with clients and customers.  None of the training we offer is Required CE.  Sometimes the best education is not what is required.

Finally, what we think is the most important part of our business model will be taught to our agents.  That is teaching our real estate agents to understand the concept of acquiring wealth by owning real estate.  Very few real estate agents make a fortune earning commission income by helping other people buy and sell real estate.  They do it by investing in real estate as a part of their overall investment portfolio.

If you are a real estate agent or want to be one, you can Contact us today for more information.  You will learn how to help your clients reach their real estate goals.  You will also how to develop a real estate investment plan.  The only requirement is your commitment to starting and running a successful business!
